Beautiful Recipe for Bread with Chorizo
Ingredients
550 g wheat flour
10 g dry baker's yeast
Salt to taste
360 ml warm water
1 chorizo sausage
Oregano to taste
Preparation
1.
Mix the flour with the baker's yeast, 1 pinch of salt and gradually add the warm water until you form a ball of dough.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, place the dough on the surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.

Shape into a ball, place in a bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

In the meantime, prepare the chorizo sausage, remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Set aside.
5.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour again, stretch the dough into a cylinder and divide into 6 equal parts.

Individually form small balls with these 6 parts.

Roll each ball out with the help of a rolling pin. Spread the chorizo slices over the dough, roll the dough over the chorizo to form a cylinder. Seal the edges by greasing with a little water.
8.
Place the breads on a baking tray sprinkled with flour. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
9.
After this time, make 3 light cuts on each of the breads and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
10.
Serve the breads with chorizo, sprinkling a little oregano on top.
