Ingredients


550 g wheat flour

10 g dry baker's yeast

Salt to taste

360 ml warm water

1 chorizo ​​sausage

Oregano to taste





Preparation


1.

Mix the flour with the baker's yeast, 1 pinch of salt and gradually add the warm water until you form a ball of dough.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, place the dough on the surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.

Shape into a ball, place in a bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

In the meantime, prepare the chorizo ​​sausage, remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Set aside.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour again, stretch the dough into a cylinder and divide into 6 equal parts.

Individually form small balls with these 6 parts.

Roll each ball out with the help of a rolling pin. Spread the chorizo ​​slices over the dough, roll the dough over the chorizo ​​to form a cylinder. Seal the edges by greasing with a little water.

Place the breads on a baking tray sprinkled with flour. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

After this time, make 3 light cuts on each of the breads and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

Serve the breads with chorizo, sprinkling a little oregano on top.
