 Orange Pie Recipe 🍊🍊


Ingredients


195g white sugar

20g cornstarch

200g orange juice (filtered)

1 orange, zest

5 eggs

100g white sugar (for rolling)

1 orange for decoration





Preparation


1. Preheat the oven to 170ΒΊC.

2. Mix 195g sugar with 20g cornstarch. Gradually add 200g filtered orange juice, stirring constantly. Add the zest of 1 orange, 5 eggs and mix very well, until you get a homogeneous mixture.

3. Pour the dough onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper and greased with cooking spray. Bake in the oven, preheated to 170ΒΊC, for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and immediately turn onto greaseproof paper sprinkled with 100g of sugar. Remove the sheet of greaseproof paper that was left on top and sprinkle the inside of the pie with the remaining sugar.

5. Tighten the roll using a 50cm ruler.

6. Decorate with orange zest. Refrigerate to cool before serving.
