Homemade pizza 😊🍕


Ingredients


350 g Flour

7 g Dry Yeast

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 clove Garlic

250 g Cherry Tomatoes

1 Courgette

3 Figs

50 g Arugula

30 g Serrano Ham

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar





Preparation


1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar with a whisk.

3. Add 250 ml of hot water and salt.

4. Knead until you get a soft dough and let it rest for about 10 min. (Note: the dough is enough for one regular pizza and two pizzas for children, or two individual pizzas.)

5. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the tomato with the garlic and Italian seasonings. (for the tomato sauce)

6. Roll out half of the dough to cover the baking tray and spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough.

7. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the courgette into slices.

8. Top the pizza with the courgette and cherry tomatoes.

9. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

10. Cut the figs into slices.

11. Wash and dry the arugula.

12. Top the pizza with the serrano ham, figs and arugula.

13. Sprinkle the pizza with balsamic vinegar.
