 Fried Chicken Recipe 🍗🍗🍷😊


Ingredients:


1 kg of chicken thighs and drumsticks (or other part of your preference)

2 cups of wheat flour

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

Oil for frying



Preparation method:


Preparing the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.


Seasoned flour: In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and baking powder. These seasonings will give that special flavor and crunchiness to the chicken.


Liquid mixture: In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the milk. This will help the flour stick to the chicken better.


Breading the chicken: Coat the chicken in the egg and milk mixture, then in the seasoned flour, coating each piece well. For extra crispiness, you can repeat this process twice (eggs + flour).


Frying: Heat the oil in a large pan until very hot (about 180°C). Fry the chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even browning. The chicken is done when it is golden and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.


Draining: Remove the pieces and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
