Flambéed Peaches Recipe 🍑🍑
Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches, peeled and halved
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup rum or peach liqueur
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the sugar and stir until melted.
Place the peaches in the skillet, cut side down, and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft.
Heat the rum in a small saucepan, then pour over the peaches.
Carefully tilt the skillet to flambé the liqueur. Allow the flame to burn down, then remove from the heat.
Serve the peaches warm with vanilla ice cream.
