Coconut Mouse Recipe 🥥🥥😊


Ingredients:


400 ml coconut milk

200 ml cream

100 g grated coconut (fresh or dried)

1 can condensed milk (395 g)

1 envelope of colorless gelatin (12 g)

4 tablespoons water

Toasted grated coconut for decoration





Preparation method:


Prepare the gelatin: Hydrate the colorless gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15 seconds to dissolve completely.

Beat the ingredients: In a blender, place the coconut milk, cream, condensed milk and grated coconut. Beat for a few minutes until the mixture is very smooth.

Add the gelatin: With the blender still on, add the dissolved gelatin and beat for another minute.

Refrigerate: Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse is firm.


Decoration: Before serving, sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top for a crunchy touch.


This mousse has a light and airy texture, and the mild flavor of the coconut combines perfectly with the sweet touch of the condensed milk.
