Baked Red Snapper Recipe 😊🍷


Ingredients:


1 whole red snapper (approximately 1.5 kg), cleaned

4 cloves of minced garlic

1 large onion, sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sprigs of rosemary and fresh parsley

4 medium potatoes, diced

1 red and 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips

200 ml of dry white wine



Preparation:


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Season the red snapper inside and out with salt, pepper and the minced garlic cloves. Place lemon slices and rosemary sprigs inside the cavity of the fish.

In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes, onions and peppers. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the red snapper on top of the vegetables.

Drizzle everything with olive oil and white wine.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the paper and bake for another 20 minutes or until the fish is golden brown.

Tip: Serve with lemon wedges and a drizzle of olive oil for a finishing touch!
