Meat Casserole ☺️π π
Ingredients:
Minced meat (Pork or Beef, or both),
Mushrooms,
Onion,
Garlic,
blonde,
Parsley,
Tomato Sauce
White wine,
Salt and pepper,
Oil,
Potatoes,
Grated cheese.
Margarine,
Nutmeg,
Milk
Preparation:
Chop the onion and garlic and add a little olive oil to the bottom of the pan where you are going to prepare the meat, let it sautΓ© a little, add the meat with the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little white wine and let it stew, when the meat is cooked add the tomato sauce and parsley and let it cook.
In a separate pan, cook the potatoes with a little salt, after cooking, drain the potatoes and pass them through a strainer along with bits of daisy, heat with a little milk, stirring constantly, season with nutmeg and adjust the temperature. salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, place the meat and on top the mashed potatoes, if you wish you can make several layers, I only did one layer of each, at the end add the grated cheese and place in the oven to brown.
