Delicious almond tart ☺️ππ
INGREDIENTS
FOR MASS:
250 g of flour
125 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
FOR THE FILLING:
200 g of sugar
90 g of sliced almond kernels
60 g of butter
3 eggs m
1 lemon (juice and zest)
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the dough: in a bowl, knead the flour with the butter, then add the remaining ingredients indicated and combine them very well. Line a tart pan with this dough and let it rest for a while.
Prepare the filling: melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, eggs, juice and lemon zest.
Pour the cream into the tart pan, cover with the almonds and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ΒΊC, for 35 minutes. Remove, let cool and unmold.
