Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk 🦐🦐🍤🍤


Ingredients

 

300 gr of peeled prawns

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 green lemon

100 ml coconut milk

1 col. ginger tea

1 col. curry tea

1/2 col. turmeric tea

salt

pepper

oil






Preparation



  Step 1 - In the pan/pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil. When it becomes transparent, add the crushed garlic, ginger and green lemon juice.

  Step 2 - Mix well and leave to cook for a few minutes. Then add the coconut milk, curry, salt and pepper. Mix and leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  Step 3 - Finally, add the peeled prawns and leave for another 2 to 3 minutes.
