 Cauliflower gratin 🥦🥦


Ingredients

  

1 cauliflower

25 g of butter

25 g of flour

500 ml of milk

salt

pepper

nutmeg

100 g of grated cheese

medium pan/pot





Preparation


  Step 1 - Cut the cauliflower into pieces and cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.

  Step 2 - Place in an ovenproof dish, greased with butter.

  Step 3 - Melt the butter in a pan or pan and add the flour. Mix.

  Step 4 - Add the milk little by little, mixing constantly, letting it thicken until the béchamel reaches the consistency you want. (more liquid or thicker depending on your taste)

  Step 5 - Pour the béchamel over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  Step 6 - Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
