Ingredients

2 fillet steak(s)

2 dl olive oil

2 garlic cloves

2 slices ham

boiled potatoes)

q.b. salt

q.b. Pepper

Preparation

1. Season the steak with salt and pepper. 2. In a frying pan, add the olive oil and the garlic cloves previously crushed with the blade of a knife. When the oil is very hot, add the steak, turning quickly so that it gains an outer crust on both sides, without burning. 3. Lower the heat and place the slice of ham on the steak, halfway through cooking. 4. Separately, coat the sliced boiled potatoes with hot butter and place them around the steak.
