 Lemon Cake 🍋🍋


Ingredients

 

1 organic lemon

4 eggs

150 g of sugar

120 g of flour

80 g melted butter

11 g of chemical yeast





Preparation


Step 1 Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

  Step 2 - Scrape the skin of the lemon and squeeze the juice/juice. Reserve.

  Step 3 Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.

Add the lemon juice and zest, the flour and yeast, and finally the melted butter.

  Step 4 - Add the egg whites, mixing gently so as not to break them.

  Step 5 - Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
