Tropical Panacota recipe 😋😋🍹
Ingredients
1 can of cream
1 can of condensed milk
400 ml of coconut milk
50 g grated coconut
5 sheets of clear gelatin
250 ml of warm water
200 g of tropical fruits
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut.
In a bowl dissolve the gelatin in warm water.
Add one preparation to the other and heat until it starts to boil.
Place the mixture in a gelatin form and refrigerate until solidified.
Make a mixed tropical fruit salad and place it on top of the panacotta.
