Milk Pudding π
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
zest of 1 lemon
4 eggs
5 dl of milk
5 c. of sugar soup
1 c. of water soup
FOR THE CARAMEL:
Preparation
In a pan, heat the sugar and water and let it boil until you get a golden caramel and line a pudding mold with it.
Pour the Condensed Milk into a bowl, add the lemon zest and the eggs and beat well. Add the milk, stir and pour into the mold previously lined with the caramel.
Place the mold in a bain-marie and bake at 180ΒΊC for 1h10m. Let it cool, unmold and serve.
