Baked Cod with Potatoes 😊😋


Ingredients


4 cod steaks

1 Portuguese cabbage

1 kg of potatoes

4 bay leaves

2 garlic cloves

400 ml of olive oil

salt to taste





Preparation



Start by cutting the cabbage leaves in half and cleaning them in water.

In a pan, bring the water, 2 bay leaves and the codfish and cabbage to a boil. Season with salt.

After boiling let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cabbages are cooked and the cod is flaking.

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in salted water for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Remove from heat and remove the skin. Reservation.

Place the olive oil, the 2 bay leaves and the peeled and crushed garlic in a frying pan. Let it cook for 4 minutes. Discard the garlic and bay leaf.

Place the cod pieces on a platter, the cabbages around it and finally the boiled potatoes. Top with flavored olive oil and serve.
