Doom Cake π°π°π
Ingredients
250 g of flour
50 ml of oil
1 c. yeast coffee
2 cup of milk
2 cans of skimmed condensed milk
125 g chocolate powder
1 c. of butter soup
200 g of Dark Chocolate
300 g of white sugar
Preparation
Grease the mold with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Turn on the oven at 180ΒΊC.
Place the eggs, sugar and oil in the blender and beat well.
In another bowl mix the flour with the yeast. Add the previous preparation to the flour, beat well and add the melted chocolate until smooth.
Place the cake batter in the mold and bake until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, unmold and let it cool completely.
Preparing the filling: in a non-stick pan, pour condensed milk and add the powdered chocolate, mix everything very well. Add the two cups of milk and finally the butter. Place over low heat and stir constantly until thickened. When the sauce is very thick it is ready. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
After everything is cold, cut the cake in half and fill it with half of the cream. Cover the cake with the other half of the cream, and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
