Chocolate and Coconut Pie 🍰🍰🍾


Ingredients 😊


200 ml of coconut milk

2 c. grated coconut soup

100g of Dark Chocolate

1 pack of puff pastry







Preparation 🍰😊


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Unroll the dough and line a tart tin, about 20 cm in diameter, without removing it from the baking paper.

Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, until golden. Take it out and turn off the oven.

Pour the coconut milk into a container and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at maximum power.

Add the broken chocolate and let it rest for approximately 2 minutes. Then stir until you get a cream.

Pour the chocolate cream into the pie crust and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with grated coconut. / TIP: this recipe is also great with white chocolate
