 VEGAN PUDDING



Ingredients


1 can of Vegan Dessert Prep

200 ml of vegetable cooking cream

350 ml of Traditional WUNDA

5 sec. of corn starch soup

zest of an orange

1 s. vanilla essence tea

1 pinch of saffron

1 caramel q.b.




Vegan pudding preparation



Grease a pudding mold with caramel all around, leaving a generous base.

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and agar-agar with a little WUNDA Traditional vegetable drink.

Heat the remaining WUNDA Traditional vegetable drink in a pan with the vanilla extract, orange zest and a pinch of saffron.

As soon as it boils, add that mixture, lower the heat, and let it cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar is activated and a thick cream forms.

In a blender, add the vegetable cream, the Vegan Dessert Preparation and the cream from the pan and beat until it has a very smooth texture.

Pour the dough into the caramelized form and take the form to the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until solidified.

Carefully unmold the pudding onto a large, deep plate.

Serve at room temperature, with orange crescents, drizzled with caramel.
