Shrimps with 3 Peppers




Ingredients


150 g large shrimp (peeled)

1/3 red pepper

1/3 green pepper

1/3 yellow pepper

chilli to taste q.b.

1 garlic clove

2 sec. of soybean oil soup

1 s. of soy sauce soup

1 s. cider vinegar tea

salt q.b.

1 chicken stock cube







Shrimp preparation with 3 peppers



Rinse the shrimp in water. Wash the peppers and chilli. Cut the peppers into cubes and the chilli into strips. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.

Heat the oil in a wok or nonstick skillet. Sauté the prawns in the hot oil just until they turn white. Remove them with a slotted spoon.

Pour out the oil and sauté the peppers, chilli, garlic and ginger.

Add the chicken stock and cook over high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Season with vinegar and salt, sprinkle with coriander, add the prawns to warm them up and serve.
