Cod, Potatoes and Peppers Gratin 😋
Ingredients
2 cod fillets
2 red peppers
6 c. of shallow mayonnaise soup
2 dl of olive oil
1 dl of milk
25 g of butter
4 cloves of garlic
1 Chicken Broth
100 ml of cream
125 g of Mashed Potato
Preparation of cod, potatoes and peppers gratin
Wrap the peppers and 2 cloves of garlic in aluminum foil and roast them in the oven until tender.
Skin the peppers and remove the seeds. Place the cod in a saucepan, cover it with water and let it heat up.
When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drain the cod and shred it.
Cut the other 2 cloves of garlic into slices and brown them over low heat with half the oil.
With a mixer, pass the shredded cod, the roasted peppers, the oil with the fried garlic and the cream until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Mashed Potato with 1/2 liter of water, milk, butter and the chicken cube.
Mix the puree with the cod cream and place on a platter to go in the oven.
Pass the 2 roasted garlic with the whisk and add them to the mayonnaise.
Cover the platter with mayonnaise and put it in the oven to brown.
