Fish Curry 😋



Ingredients 1 c. of oil soup 2 star anise 4 units clove 2 cinnamon sticks 1 bay leaf 1 onion 1 green chilli 3 cloves of garlic 1 piece of ginger salt q.b 250g of cauliflower 400g of croaker lemon juice q.b. 1 c. cumin seed tea 1 c. turmeric tea 2 c. garam masala tea 400g crushed tomato q.b. vegetable broth 1/4 bunch of coriander




Description 1. In a hot pan, add 1 c. of oil, 2 aniseed stars, 4 units of cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks and 1 bay leaf. 2. then roughly chop 1 onion and add to the pan with 1 chopped green chilli with the seeds and 3 sliced ​​garlic cloves. 3. Fry a little and add 1 piece of chopped ginger. 4. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes and season with salt. 5. Meanwhile, cut 250g of cauliflower into pieces and 400g of croaker into larger pieces. Season with salt and lemon juice q.b. 6. Add 1 c to the pan. of cumin seed tea, 1 c. of turmeric tea and 2 c. of garam masala tea. 7. Wrap and add 400g of crushed tomato and about half a glass of vegetable broth. Stir and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. 8. Then add the cauliflower, cook for 5 to 7 minutes, add the fish and leave for another 10 minutes. 9. Finally, let it rest, after turning off the heat, for another 10 minutes. 10. Plate and season with coriander leaves roughly chopped and a few drops of lemon. 11. Serve with rice.😊😋
