 Tomatoes stuffed with cream cheese



Ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes
1 curd with 260g
4 slices of ham cut into cubes
8 black olives
Chopped parsley
mint leaves
Pepper q.s.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, place the curd broken into pieces.
Season with pepper.
Add the chopped parsley and ham.
Mix everything very well with a fork.

2. Cut tomatoes in half vertically.
With a spoon, remove the inside of the tomato.

3. Divide the curd mixture among the tomatoes.
Pinch well so that they are well filled.
Decorate each half of the tomato with an olive and a mint leaf.
And it is ready to be served.
