Add 2 fresh seedless tomatoes cut into cubes and let it cook. Add 100g of straw potatoes, distributed evenly. 3. Pour 8 beaten eggs with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and salt to taste. Cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook over low heat. 4. When the base is cooked, turn the tortilla upside down using a plate. 5. Cover again until the tortilla is fully cooked. 6. Serve hot or cold with a green salad.

Pasta with tuna 🍝🍝🍜 Ingredients 200 gr of pasta 1 col. olive oil soup 1/2 shallot (red onion) 1 can of tuna (natural) 1 clove of garlic 15 ml cream (sour cream) salt pepper 30 gr grated cheese 10 gr parsley Preparation Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve. Step 2 - In a frying pan, sauté the onion in olive oil together with the tuna (drained). Also add a crushed garlic clove. Step 3 - Lastly, the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Leave for another 5 minutes on low heat. Step 4 - Still in the frying pan, add the cooked pasta and leave for 3 minutes (low heat). Add the cheese and chopped parsley. Mix. Is ready!!
