Salmon with cream 😋🥤

INGREDIENTS

800 g of frozen salmon
1/2 lemon (juice)
50 ml of olive oil
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 dl of cream
6 dl of water
2 tablespoons of butter
300 g of rice
Salt, pepper and parsley

PREPARATION
Thaw the salmon, cut it into strips and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Fry it in olive oil, add the onion and the chopped garlic; let it cook. Add the cream to this mixture and cook it over low heat for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bring water and butter to the boil.
When boiling, add the rice and season with salt.
Cook the rice for 12 minutes and serve with the fish.😋🥤
