Chicken pie with mashed potato 😋🥤

INGREDIENTS

FOR CHICKEN:
1/2 chicken cut into pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 ripe tomato, clean of skins and seeds, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of seasoning mix for birds
salt
olive oil
White wine
Chopped parsley
FOR PURE:
potatoes
3 egg yolks
milk
margarine
salt
nutmeg
chili

PREPARATION
In a saucepan, I put the chicken pieces and all the other ingredients and spices and let it cook until the chicken was tender and the sauce was fine.
Clean the skin and bones chicken and shred it, mixing it with some of the sauce in the pan. I booked.
Apart, in another saucepan, I cooked the potatoes in salted water. After they are cooked, drain them and undo them, with the help of the passe vite.
Add warm milk, a few drops of margarine, an egg yolk, seasoned with nutmeg and pepper and, over a low heat, mixed everything very well, until it was a soft puree, neither too liquid nor too thick.
On a baking tray smeared with margarine, I put the mashed potatoes, on top I poured the chicken with the sauce and, finally, the rest of the mash, making a last layer.
I barred the surface with the remaining beaten egg yolks (2), passed it with a fork to make the effect you see in the first photo and took it to a preheated oven at 180ºC, until the surface was golden brown. I served immediately. ”
