Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk 🦐🦐🍤🍤 Ingredients 300 gr of peeled prawns 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 1 green lemon 100 ml coconut milk 1 col. ginger tea 1 col. curry tea 1/2 col. turmeric tea salt pepper oil Preparation Step 1 - In the pan/pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil. When it becomes transparent, add the crushed garlic, ginger and green lemon juice. Step 2 - Mix well and leave to cook for a few minutes. Then add the coconut milk, curry, salt and pepper. Chop 8 boiled eggs. Mix the eggs with the white sauce. 4. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, covered with cling film. 5. Shape the croquettes and coat them in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. 6. Serve the croquettes with mustard.
