Recipe for Cod Gratin with Shrimp
Ingredients
Olive oil to taste
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
200 g of cooked and shredded cod
250 g of shrimp meat
200 g of thin straw potatoes
200 ml of bechamel sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese to taste
Parsley to taste
Preparation
1.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a dash of olive oil.

Add the shredded cod and shrimp and cook for 8 minutes.
3.
Next, add the thin straw potatoes and the bechamel sauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4.
Place on a baking tray and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 200ºC.
5.
Serve and garnish with parsley.
