Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk 🦐🦐🍤🍤 Ingredients 300 gr of peeled prawns 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 1 green lemon 100 ml coconut milk 1 col. ginger tea 1 col. curry tea 1/2 col. turmeric tea salt pepper oil Preparation Step 1 - In the pan/pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil. When it becomes transparent, add the crushed garlic, ginger and green lemon juice. Step 2 - Mix well and leave to cook for a few minutes. Then add the coconut milk, curry, salt and pepper. Mix and leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Step 3 - Finally, add the peeled prawns and leave for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook over low heat. 4. When the base is cooked, turn the tortilla upside down using a plate. 5. Cover again until the tortilla is fully cooked. 6. Serve hot or cold with a green salad.

Pasta with tuna 🍝🍝🍜 Ingredients 200 gr of pasta 1 col. olive oil soup 1/2 shallot (red onion) 1 can of tuna (natural) 1 clove of garlic 15 ml cream (sour cream) salt pepper 30 gr grated cheese 10 gr parsley Preparation Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve. Step 2 - In a frying pan, sauté the onion in olive oil together with the tuna (drained). Also add a crushed garlic clove. Step 3 - Lastly, the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Leave for another 5 minutes on low heat. Step 4 - Still in the frying pan, add the cooked pasta and leave for 3 minutes (low heat). Add the cheese and chopped parsley. Mix. Is ready!!
