 Pasta with tuna 🍝🍝🍜


Ingredients

 

200 gr of pasta

1 col. olive oil soup

1/2 shallot (red onion)

1 can of tuna (natural)

1 clove of garlic

15 ml cream (sour cream)

salt

pepper

30 gr grated cheese

10 gr parsley





Preparation


Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve.

  Step 2 - In a frying pan, sauté the onion in olive oil together with the tuna (drained). Also add a crushed garlic clove.

  Step 3 - Lastly, the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Leave for another 5 minutes on low heat.

  Step 4 - Still in the frying pan, add the cooked pasta and leave for 3 minutes (low heat). Add the cheese and chopped parsley. Mix. Is ready!!
