Baked bread with cheese

Baked bread with cheese is a delicious starter with strong flavors prepared with rustic bread, bacon and cheese, ideal for sharing on a special day.

INGREDIENTS
1 rustic bread
1 pack grated emmental cheese
150 g bacon in strands
60 g butter
2 c. aromatic herb mix soup




PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2. Cut the bread diagonally into thick slices and then cut again crossing these diagonals, being careful not to cut to the end.
3. Insert the cheese into the bread cuts and then the bacon. Push with the help of a knife so that the filling is inside the bread.
4. Place the bread on top of a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap it. Bake it for 12 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, open foil and drizzle all bread with previously melted butter. Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
