 Microwave coconut pudding Recipe


Ingredients


Caramel:

70 g sugar

a little water

Pudding:

200 ml condensed milk

200 ml coconut milk

4 eggs

50 g shredded coconut





Preparation


Step 1 - Caramel: in a pan, add the sugar and a little water. Leave on medium heat until caramel forms. Pour/pour immediately into the pudding mold (microwave-safe).

Step 2 - Pudding: in a bowl, mix the coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs and shredded coconut.

Step 3 -) Pour/pour over the mold (where the caramel is).

Step 4 - Microwave for 8 minutes at maximum power. Check the cooking (doneness) with a wooden toothpick. If it comes out clean, it is ready. If not, continue cooking.

Step 5 - Remove and let cool completely before unmolding. It's ready!
