Drunk Chicken

1 cube of chicken broth
1 chicken
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup of whiskey
1 glass of Port wine
1 cup of brandy or brandy
1 pack of cream
Pepper and nutmeg q.b.


Clean chicken skins and fats and cut into pieces.
In a pan melt the butter and season the pieces of chicken, previously passed through flour. Add the whiskey, port wine, brandy, half a glass of water and a cube of chicken.
Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Cover the pan and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
After it is ready, add 1 packet of cream and serve.
