1 snapper with about 1 kg
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
1 dl olive oil
1,5 dl white wine
1 spoon (dessert) of sweet pepper
1/2 sauce of parsley

750 g of small potatoes

Preparation Mode
Wash and catch the snapper. Wash and peel the onions and cloves of garlic, cut the onion in half moons and chop the garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine olive oil, white wine, sweet pepper, garlic cloves, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Put the snapper on a baking tray, add the onion and season it with the mixture you prepared. Let marinate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Bring the snapper to the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes, add them to the pan, wrap them in the sauce, straighten the seasonings and let cook about another 35 minutes. If necessary, drizzle with a little olive oil and white wine.
Make sure the fish and potatoes are baked, remove from oven and serve with a lettuce salad.
