Loins of cod in the oven

INGREDIENTS
1 kg tenderloin of cod soaked
1 salsa sauce
10 chives stems
10 leaves basil
1 c. of dry rosemary soup
4 c. of olive oil soup
4 garlic cloves
1 kg mussel
1 dl white wine
400 g broccoli
400 g cauliflower on branches
1 large can cooked grain
1 dl cream for culináruia
1 c. of salt dessert


PREPARATION
1. After previously soaking, place the cod loin in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and hold for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Chop the herbs. Drain the cod, dry well and cover the surface with the chopped herbs (reserve some).
3. Pour olive oil in a baking dish, arrange the cod and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a bowl with the chopped garlic cloves and, when it is very hot, introduce the mussels.
5. Saute until well-opened, drizzle with wine and remove from heat, allowing to cool slightly. Separate the shellfish from the shells and coat the cooking liquid. Reserve.
6. Bake broccoli and steamed cauliflower. Reserve.
7. Remove the cod from the baking sheet.
8. Drain the olive oil from baking the cod to a pot, add the mussels, the reserved broth, the drained grain and the cream and season with the salt.
9. Leave to simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with reserved chopped herbs and serve with cod and vegetables.
