Spaghetti with Cream ππ·
π§ Ingredients (serves 4)
300 g spaghetti
350 g diced ham
300 g sliced fresh mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
350 ml cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried oregano (optional)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
π¨π³ Preparation
Cook the spaghetti: In a pan with boiling water, seasoned with salt and a dash of olive oil, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
SautΓ© the mushrooms: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic. When it starts to brown, add the mushrooms and cook until they lose their water.
Add the ham: Add the ham to the mushrooms and stir well until heated through.
Adding the cream: Add the cream, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let it simmer slightly until the sauce thickens.
Mix everything: Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well in the sauce.
Finish: Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
