Turkey steaks with mushrooms
Ingredients
6 turkey steaks
Salt
Chopped garlic
Pepper
Lemon juice
Oil
2 cans of sliced mushrooms
1 poultry broth
A packet of cream
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation
Two hours before, I seasoned the steaks with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and lemon juice.
Then put a pan on the fire with olive oil and add the steaks. Fry on both sides and then add the mushrooms and crumbled poultry stock.
I stirred very well and covered the pan for about 10 minutes over low heat.
In a bowl, mix the cream, mustard and ketchup and add, mixing everything and letting it cook for another 10 minutes.
