Peanut Cookie (no added sugar) Recipe
Nothing better than a "croc croc" in the morning or at snack time with a cup of coffee. So what do we have? Healthy peanut cookie (cookie) made with oats and apples. That's right, without flour and refined sugar because it's urgent to take care of our diet.
Ingredients
100 g peanut butter (or puree)
70 g of rolled oats
1 col. applesauce soup (no added sugar)
2 col. water soup
Preparation
In the mixer, place the rolled oats and blend until you obtain a powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients (peanut butter + applesauce + water). Blend until a paste forms.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking tray with parchment/butter paper. Make balls with the dough and place them on the baking sheet.
Using a fork, flatten each ball vertically and horizontally to give a checkered (or checkered) effect.
Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. It's ready!
