 Homemade pizza dough


Learn how to make homemade pizza dough. Much healthier, adapting the ingredients if you are intolerant to any ingredient, and that's it. Get your hands dirty and create your own pizza, or another recipe with the same dough.


Ingredients


200 ml water

30 ml olive oil

280 g flour (wheat or other)

3 g dry yeast (bread yeast)

1/2 dessert spoon of salt




Preparation


Pour the flour into a container + water and mix with your hands until it forms a ball.


Let the dough rest in the container for 20 minutes, cover with a cloth.


After these 20 minutes, we place the ball in another container + salt + yeast + olive oil.


Knead very well for 10 minutes.


If you have a food processor, use the hook (it mimics hand movements)

* If you don't have a robot, be patient and have strength in your arm!


After those 10 minutes. Take another container. Grease with olive oil and add the dough.


Cover with a damp/damp cloth and let it double in volume.


Once the dough is ready (with volume), place it on the table or work surface.


Grease your hands with olive oil and knead a little to degas the dough (remove the air).


When finished, your dough is ready to use.
