 Carrot Soufflé Recipe


Ingredients


1/2 kg of carrots

3 egg yolks

3 egg whites, beaten until stiff

3 tablespoons grated cheese

1/2 cup of milk

Salt and pepper to taste





Preparation


Cook the carrots and blend in a blender with the egg yolks, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Gently fold in the egg whites. Transfer to a Pyrex dish and bake in a preheated medium oven until golden brown (approx. 40 minutes).
