Beef mince with vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
4 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of oil
800 g of soft drumstick, cut into medium pieces
2 chopped onions
3 and 1/2 cups of water
2 potatoes cut into large cubes
1/2 cup chopped green beans
1 cup pumpkin, cut into large cubes
1 cup sliced carrot tea
broccoli if you like the thick branches
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Quickly fry the garlic in the oil, add the meat and let it brown slightly. Then, add the onion, season with salt and pepper and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes.
Add the potato, the pumpkin, the carrot, the green beans, add the rest of the water and cook until the vegetables are soft, without falling apart, add the broccoli and leave for another 5 minutes, if necessary during cooking add more water.
Sprinkle with green pepper as desired and serve with rice and beans, or simply with white rice and a salad.
