Shrimp Tacos
INGREDIENTS
300g Shrimp Meat
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
to taste Paprika
to taste Olive Oil
1 Mango
1 Avocado
1 Lime or Lemon
1/2 Small Red Onions
1/2 Red Pepper
to taste Coriander
1 teaspoon Fleur de Sel
to taste Pepper
to taste Vinegar
4 Tortillas
PREPARATION
Season the shrimp with the garlic powder and paprika.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook the shrimp for five minutes, until golden brown. Set aside.
Cut the mango and avocado into cubes and sprinkle with the juice of half a lime.
Place the fruit in a bowl. Add the chopped pepper and onion.
Season with chopped coriander, fleur de sel, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Warm the tortillas and serve with the remaining lime wedges.
