Ingredients


1 kg of sardines

2 onions

1 tomato

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 cup of olive oil

1 cup of dry white wine

5 cloves of garlic

3 bay leaves

parsley sprigs

salt

1 crushed medium chili pepper





Preparation


Open the sardines and remove the head, scales and bones.

Season with salt and garlic.

Make a "bed" in the pressure cooker with a sliced ​​onion.

Place the sardines and cover them with the other ingredients, finishing with the olive oil and wine.

Bring to the boil and, when it starts to boil, leave for another 20 minutes and turn off the heat.

Open the cooker only when it is completely cool, preferably the next day.

It is a great appetizer that can be served with Italian bread and keeps in the refrigerator for 15 days.
