Parmigiana steak Recipe
Ingredients
For the Milanese steak with sauce:
½ kg of steak
6 cloves of crushed garlic
3 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Egg (enough to coat)
Wheat flour (enough to coat)
Breadcrumbs (enough to coat)
Oil for frying
½ can of tomato paste
½ onion, sliced
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 tablespoons of oil
3 cups of water
Preparation
Milanese steak with sauce:
Tenderize the steaks with a meat tenderizer
Season the steaks with 4 cloves of garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, set aside
Place the eggs on a plate and beat lightly, set aside
Place a little wheat flour on a plate, set aside
A little breadcrumbs on another plate, set aside
Dip each steak: in the egg, wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs
Place oil in a pan and fry the steaks
Place the steaks on a plate with paper towel, set aside
Sauce: in another pan, place 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves and the onion, fry until golden
Add the tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper, stir
Add the water, stir and let the sauce boil until it thickens
Add the steaks, mix well, until the sauce is incorporated into the steaks
Steak parmigiana:
Place the steaks on a platter, one next to the other
Place slices of ham on top
Slices of mozzarella on top

Bake in the oven or microwave until the mozzarella melts
Serve
