Flourless chocolate mousse cake, Recipe
Two recipes together in one preparation. We join the mousse sand with the chocolate fondant. Result: A soft cake with different textures. Surprise your friends and family with this delicious mix. Ah, for those who follow a gluten-free diet, this cake will be added to your recipe book.
Ingredients
175 g dark chocolate (black)
150 g of butter (3/4 cup)
200 gr of sugar (1 "full" cup of tea)
35 gr (6 tablespoons) chocolate powder (cocoa powder)
7 eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with 150 grams of sugar.
Melt the chocolate with the butter (water bath) and add it to the previous preparation. Mix. Now add the cocoa powder and mix again.
Beat the egg whites (still stiff) and mix (still beating) with the rest of the sugar (50 grams). Now add them to the chocolate preparation. Mix little by little with movements from bottom to top and from outside to inside.
Pour/pour the preparation into the mold. Bake at 210°C for 15 to 20 minutes (the cake should look like mousse inside, as the baking will finish outside the oven).
If you prefer, finish by sprinkling with cocoa powder or icing sugar. Enjoy!
