Devil Shrimps
INGREDIENTS
to taste Pepper
to taste Tortillas
to taste Lime
to taste Salt
500 g of peeled Shrimp
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
3 Tomatoes
2 cups of Water
2 Green Chilli Peppers
4 Red Chilli Peppers
PREPARATION METHOD
Serve with lime and tortillas.
Cook for two minutes. Add the chili sauce and simmer for five minutes over low heat.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan, add the remaining garlic and the shrimp seasoned with salt.
Add two cups of water, the tomato, the onion, two cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of olive oil to the food processor. Season with salt to taste. Reduce to a puree.
Then drain the chillies and place them in a food processor.
Put the seeded chillies in a pan of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
