Crunchy Omelette
INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Flax seeds
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
50 ml Skimmed milk
6 Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
3 Paris mushrooms, sliced
q.s. Chopped coriander to taste
q.s. Black pepper
q.s. Oregano
q.s. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
q.s. Salt
PREPARATION METHOD
In a non-stick frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and heat slightly.
Add and spread the seeds on the base and let them brown.
Separately beat the eggs, add the seasonings and the remaining ingredients.
Pour the prepared contents over the seed crust, cover and let it cook. You can turn it over and it's ready to serve.
