Ingredients


8 eggs

180 g sugar

2 whole oranges (organic)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon baking powder (white)

60 g butter

20 g sugar (for decoration)





Preparation


Beat the eggs and sugar. Mix the zest of 1 orange and the juice of 2 oranges.


Add the softened butter, cornstarch and baking powder. Beat well.


Grease the pan and cover it with parchment/vegetable paper. Pour the batter. This mixture is liquid, it will cook in the oven. Don't worry.

Bake it to the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.


Take it out of the oven and immediately turn the cake out onto the tea towel (remove the paper). Sprinkle it completely with sugar.


Now place the second tea towel on top and turn the cake over. Roll it up like a Swiss roll. Let it cool.
