 Caramelized carrots with chocolate syrup


INGREDIENTS


to taste Carrot

50g Dark cooking chocolate

120ml Balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Honey

to taste Olive oil

to taste Thyme

to taste Pepper

to taste Fleur de Sel





PREPARATION METHOD


Peel the carrots and season with salt, freshly ground pepper, thyme and a dash of olive oil.


Cook in the air fryer at 200º for 6 minutes or in the oven.


Put the vinegar in a saucepan, bring to the boil and when it starts to reduce, remove from the heat.


Add the chocolate previously chopped with a knife and stir until completely melted. This amount of syrup is enough for about 20 small carrots.


Add the honey and stir well.


Serve the carrots with the syrup on top and they're ready!
