Spicy Eggs in a Pan with Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
q.s. Sliced mozzarella
6 eggs
q.s. Pepper
q.s. Salt
200 g Spinach
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 dessert spoon of chili powder
300 g Boiled potatoes in halves
2 cloves of garlic Minced garlic
1 onion Chopped onion
q.s. Olive oil
PREPARATION
Cover and cook for five minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Make six cavities in the pan and place slices of cheese and, on top, the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the tomato and spinach. Mix.
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the boiled potatoes, chili powder and mix.
